The Diamond at Stadium Place

Seattle, Washington

This preliminary concept proposal for Stadium Place Tower in Seattle is a modern, upscale apartment building that features 333 residential units with floor-to-ceiling windows, elegant finishes and unparalleled 360 degree views of Seattle’s skyline, Puget Sound  and Mount Ranier.  The facade of the tower is faceted on all sides to evoke a diamond, creating a sculptural form that reflects light differently at each vantage point and throughout the day and night.

Ultimately, a more restrained and conventional design concept was chosen for construction, however the diamond concept was instrumental in elevating the conversation and establishing a reference point for the level of quality and creativity to which the project team would aspire.
