John was the project architect on this 300,000 square foot speculative office development located in the township of Chesterfield, 20 miles west of St. Louis. The project consists of two separate buildings – one eight story and one four story – linked together by a three story parking structure.

The most remarkable aspect of the project is its  bold and expressive exterior curtainwall, which was developed in concert with the renowned exterior envelope consultant R.A. Heintges & Associates. The design features a unitized system consisting of custom aluminum extrusions and flat-plate metal panels. Glazing is a combination of clear and custom fritted insulating units.

In addition to detailing all of the exterior facade conditions, John coordinated the design work produced by other team members and consultants including exterior envelope, site features, and interiors.
