This 12,000 square foot creative industrial tenant building is located on Columbia Boulevard in Northeast Portland.
The building features ten rental units with high ceilings and ample natural light for any type of creative industrial use.

The second floor common space will feature the artwork of Nancy Wilkins.  This large-scale collage is an homage to the iconic carpeting throughout the Portland Airport which has enjoyed almost cult-like status.   Goekjian Properties purchased the piece from the Port of Portland with the idea of preserving this significant cultural artifact and displaying it prominently within the new building.
