Located near the Providence Medical Center in Northeast Portland, this small residential and retail building was commissioned by a local shop owner looking to develop and manage the building over the long-term.

The project has been designed in two phases.  The first phase consists of one 1700 square foot retail building to be built adjacent to an existing historic house on the property.   The second phase will ultimately include a second retail space and two floors
of rental apartments above.
